Eligible U.S. orders may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery. Returns must meet the condition requirements outlined below.

Eligible U.S. returns are free, so you can make sure the fit, style, and product are right for you without taking a risk on the purchase.

Contact us through our Contact Page and include the information below. Our team will reply with the next steps for your return or exchange.

• Your name
• Your order number
• The item you would like to return or exchange
• The reason for the return or exchange

Eligible returns can be handled in one of three ways:

• Exchange: Exchange your item for another available size, color, or eligible product option.
• Store Credit: Receive an eGift Card that can be used toward another DSRT product.
• Refund: Receive a refund back to your original payment method.

Returned products must be unused and in new condition. Original packaging and tags should be included when possible.

Items showing significant wear, damage, or signs of use may not qualify for a standard return or exchange.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process the selected return option.

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
• Exchanges are processed for the approved replacement item.
• Store credit is issued electronically by email.

You will receive a confirmation email once your return has been processed. The time it takes a refund to appear after processing can vary by bank or payment provider.

Normal returns are intended for products that are still unused and in new condition. If your DSRT sunglasses have already been used and something goes wrong, the Lifetime Warranty or Wreck & Replace program may be the appropriate option instead.

The Lifetime Warranty covers qualifying product issues. Accidental damage and situations outside normal warranty coverage may qualify for Wreck & Replace, which offers qualifying replacement sunglasses at 75% off.

International orders are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
