We want you to feel confident trying DSRT gear. If something isn’t right, we make returns and exchanges simple.
You may return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
How to Start a Return or Exchange
To begin a return or exchange, please contact us through our Contact Page and include:
• Your name
• Your order number
• The item you’d like to return or exchange
• The reason for the return
Our team will reply with the next steps.
Return Options
We offer three options for eligible returns:
Exchange
Exchange your item for a different size or color.
Store Credit
Receive an eGift Card that can be used toward any DSRT product.
Refund
Receive a refund back to your original payment method.
Return Conditions
To qualify for a return or exchange:
• Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery
• Products must be unused and in new condition
• Original packaging and tags should be included when possible
Items that show significant wear or damage may not be eligible for return.
Processing Time
Once your return is received and inspected:
• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
• Exchanges will be processed for your new item
• Store credit will be sent via email
You will receive a confirmation email once the return has been processed.
