Returns & Refunds

We want you to feel confident choosing DSRT Standard. Eligible U.S. orders may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping is free for eligible U.S. returns.

Return Eligibility

Returned products must be unused and in new condition. Please include the original packaging, tags, and included accessories whenever possible.

Trying on an item to check the fit is fine. Items showing wear, damage, or signs of use beyond trying them on may not qualify for a standard return or exchange.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

Contact us through our Contact Page within 30 days of delivery. Include:

  • Your name.

  • Your order number.

  • The item you would like to return or exchange.

  • Whether you prefer a refund, exchange, or store credit.

  • The reason for your request.

Our team will provide return instructions and a prepaid shipping label for eligible U.S. returns. Please contact us before mailing your items so we can provide the correct return information.

Your Return Options

  • Refund: Receive a refund to your original payment method.

  • Exchange: Exchange your item for an available size, color, or eligible product option.

  • Store credit: Receive an electronic gift card for a future DSRT purchase.

Exchanges are subject to availability.

Processing Your Return

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will confirm eligibility and process your refund, exchange, or store credit.

You will receive an email when processing is complete. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us with your order number and photos of the issue so we can help resolve it.

Sunglasses Warranty & Wreck & Replace

Our lifetime sunglasses warranty covers qualifying manufacturing defects. Accidental damage and other situations outside warranty coverage may qualify for our Wreck & Replace program, which offers qualifying replacement sunglasses at 75% off.

These programs are separate from our standard return policy. Contact us if you need help determining which option applies.

International Orders

International orders are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges, except where required by applicable law. If an international order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us for assistance.
