The Flatiron meets ANSI Z87.1-2020, the same impact standard required for jobsite safety eyewear. It's the only frame we make that carries it.
The lens is impact-grade polycarbonate, the same material class used in safety lenses, built to resist shattering. If it passes a safety standard, it survives your worst day on site or on the trail.

The frame is BIO G850HI, a high-impact polyamide with shape memory. Sit on them, pack them, toss them in the truck. They flex and return to shape instead of snapping.
It shrugs off what wrecks cheap frames. Sweat, sunscreen, and skin oils don't break it down, and it holds its shape in desert heat. All at 32 grams, light enough to forget you're wearing them.
